Abstract: In the work here presented there are revealed principles and specific rules of academic activity regarding the connection of these activities with the faculty management. The observations are structured by the nature of these activities and relationships (internal activity, relationships within the structure, relationships with the external environment). The work here shown is based on the teaching and managing experience of the author and it reveals concrete aspects and critical points into the activity of the Faculty of Commerce.
