Abstract: European Union continues the integration process as a postmodernist structure. From an institutional optics, the European Union integration is balancing between federalism and intergovernmentalism in the debate sphere. The relation between EU accession and the effects towards economic growth, future integration issues, the federalism and the constitutionalism of the European Union, the neo-neofunctionalism and the liberal inter-governmentalism theories and the welfare of the European Union integration system are very important in my epistemological attempt and I will try to be persuasive in this direction.
