Abstract: Networking and network process are one of the most inspiring theory in socio-economic science during last years – when knowledge and information are most important.An economy based on knowledge is one directly based on production, distribution and the useof knowledge and information. The notion of a knowledge-based economy should beunderstood first and foremost, as the definition of a modern stage of economic development,where knowledge is understood as the ability to act and play a decisive role in stimulatingsocial and economic development.
