Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to test the composition balance of waters with addedfunctional ingredients: aromatized waters – the most recent concept of soft drinks on the worldmarket. Foodstuff quality control justifies the food preservatives used in soft drinks industry and itestablishes their optimum concentration for various storage conditions.
