Abstract: Institutiile financiar-bancare actioneaza intr-un mediu dinamic, iar luarea deciziilor cu privire la modalitatea optima de desfasurare a activitatilor de piata implica, pe langa un grad ridicat de flexibilitate si adaptabilitate a managerilor la schimbarile mediului de afaceri, considerarea aportului adus de angajati si clienti in concretizarea ofertei financiare.
