Développement durable et partenariat industriel: vers un modèle stratégique renouvelé

Abstract: (VF)La démarche stratégique connaît à l’heure actuelle une évolution importante induite en particulier par le processus de globalisation qui concerne entre autres la vie socio-économique marquée par une complexité rapidement croissante, ainsi que par les exigences d’un développement souhaité durable. La responsabilité sociétale des acteurs est mise en exergue pour aboutir à un cadre de vie soutenable au regard de la survie de l’humanité et à une modification préalable des comportements sociaux. Les entreprises industrielles, en tant qu’acteurs majeurs impliqués dans le processus, s’engagent vers la conception d’un nouveau modèle partenarial, tentant de combiner efficience et rentabilité. L’article précise le contenu multiple de ce modèle partenarial, les méthodes de gestion et de gouvernance envisageables.(VA)The formulation and implementation of strategy are changing under the pressure of both the globalization process, concerning with an increasing complexity every aspect of social life, and the requirements of sustainable development considered in its heterogeneous environmental and social definition. A new paradigm of management is emerging, facing major challenges (the survival of humanity, social cohesion, environmental protection…). Industrial corporate entities, political institutions and civil society’s organizations are launching a new global strategic partnership model, combining efficiency and common profitability. This article analyzes the various aspects of this kind of partnership, depending on the nature of the actors, their management methods and possible governance.
