Abstract: (VF)Les phénomènes d’apprentissage constituent une préoccupation croissante de la prospective appliquée aux organisations. Mais la véritable nature du lien entre prospective et apprentissage organisationnel demeure floue et ambiguë. Cet article se propose ainsi d’explorer les dimensions cognitives des démarches prospectives en éclairant leur impact en matière de création de connaissances. Cette analyse se réalise notamment à travers un cas d’observation participante permettant de pénétrer un groupe de travail d’étude prospective et d’examiner ainsi concrètement la manière dont les processus cognitifs émergent dans le cadre de ce type de démarche.(VA)Learning phenomena are of growing concern in the context of foresight studies applied to organizations. Nevertheless, the real nature of the link between foresight studies and organizational learning remains fuzzy and ambiguous. The aim of this article is therefore to explore the foresight processes and their cognitive dimensions in terms of knowledge creation. This analysis is essentially based on a participant observation of a foresight study’s working group which allowed to examine the cognitive processes that emerged in a concrete way.
