How to Discover the Culture of an Organisation

Abstract: The intent of this article starts with the question: how to discover the culture of an organization. The elements of this culture are composed of human behaviors, values, symbols, myths, heroes. The organisational culture remains a long term phenomenon which can be modified but this modification is produced due to a slow evolution and not to sudden changes. The types of behaviours are assimilated by individuals.
