Delivering Energy Savings Through Community-Based Organizations

Abstract: To achieve greater energy savings through energy efficiency programs, participation in those programs must increase. Community-based organizations provide a potentially effective way to reach more residential and small commercial consumers and increase the adoption of energy efficiency measures.
