Abstract:
L'articolo fornisce un quadro d'insieme sui cambiamenti strutturali in atto nel comparto artigiano della Regione Marche, alla luce della crisi attuale, che sta mettendo a dura prova questo "tessuto connettivo" del sistema distrettuale regionale. L'analisi descrittiva restituisce un quadro molto variegato, che giustifica, accanto all'indagine sul dato regionale, una disamina piu' articolata a livello delle province e dei settori. La crisi del lavoro dipendente nell'artigianato Š stata senza dubbio pervasiva nel 2010, come dimostrato dai dati sugli incrementi delle ore di cassa integrazione in tutti i settori; tuttavia, i settori piu' colpiti rimangono i principali settori manifatturieri di specializzazione di questa regione: tessile, calzature, legno e mobili, meccanica. [This paper is aimed to shed light on the ongoing structural changes involving the handicraft firms in the Marches region, during the current crisis years. The descriptive analysis we performed discovers a very heterogeneous framework; for that reason we take into account both the sector and province level (NUTS3), besides the aggregated data at regional level (NUTS2). In the 2010 we observed the upsurge of cases of suspension from activity, registered within the context of Cassa Integrazione Guadagni (the state fund aimed to protecting the workers earnings in the event enterprises have diffulties). More precisely, hours concerning the suspended contracts of employment particularly increased in Textile and Footwear, Wood, Furniture and Machinery, while the situation was rather stable in the service sectors.]
