BusinessWeek Restates the 1990s - Incorrectly?

Abstract: Did the productivity gains of the 1990s accrue to workers, not corporations? In a recent cover story, BusinessWeek claimed that they did. The story received much attention, and we thought a response was warranted. Economist Dean Baker provides a cogent one in the pages that follow. In fairness to BusinessWeek , we gave its chief economist, Michael Mandel, an opportunity to reply (see the article that follows).
