Oil Debates: Reducing American Dependence on Oil

Robert Carbaugh and Charles Wassell

Challenge, 2006, vol. 49, issue 6, pages 55-77

In a useful, even-handed analysis, the authors analyze several widely discussed solutions and present the pros and cons of each of them.
