Abstract: In the current global economic crisis conditions, more than ever, we need new models and new solutions for the reconstruction of the national and international monetary systems, which, with all its negative aspects, is a changing reality that must be scientifically investigated in order to permanently improve for meeting the requirements of national economies and the global economy.
