Abstract: TKnowing the change process in order domination, if possible, it represents a characteristic of an efficient management organization that can ensure competitiveness. An organization is even more efficient, more competitive, as has the ability to continuously develop on multiple levels. This explains the fact that literature is increasingly approaching the concept of organizational development. Organizational Change is a process that, regardless of the applied field, will require scrolling, in general, the same steps to move the situation in which the organization finds a desired future situation.
