Abstract:
This article asks about the factors of success and the implications of the quality management according to the ISO 9000 standard on the organisational performance. It comes out from our econometric study based on the data gathered from a sample of Tunisian firms certified or in the course of certification in ISO 9001: 2000 that the contribution of the quality management to the improvement of the performance is conditioned by the adoption of a coherent organisational architecture with the quality policy of the company that is characterized by the development of the team work, the optimal allowance of decisional rights, the employees association to the definition of indicators of performance measurement and the good design of rewards and suggestions systems.
