Doina Rosca, Adriana Schiopoiu Burlea and Constantin Rosca

Business&Leadership, 2010, vol. 3, issue 1, pages 85-94

Abstract: Real life proved that the models must be ideal at the perception level, but in critical situations the analytical reasoning goes into spontaneous reasoning which dictate unusual decisions. Nowadays the cultural background of employees plays an important role in the organisations behaviour, thus a virtual model of multicultural organisational behaviour becoming essential. The model will enhance a better understanding of the processes and the events that affect the organisation. The relationship culture-communication is one of the interdependence with a view to a better functioning of the organisation.
