Marketing Information Systems

Gheorghe Orzan ()

in marketing books from Academy of Economic Studies, School of Marketing

Abstract: The authors are professors of marketing and marketing information systems at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, which allowed them to achieve a very accurate summary of those elements of information systems that support the marketing activities of an organization. The book was written as a teaching medium, which is quite evident from the way it was written, but reading them is a useful reading for anyone interested in how modern marketing activity is based on the use of technical computing. Topics include database technology, Internet and distributed applications, as well as various intelligent decision support systems.
