Abstract: On the basis of the existing methods of forming the company strategy consider the algorithm of the portfolio of the best marketing strategies of the wholesale trade company operating in the market of meat delicacies (highly specialized wholesale trade). To determine the best strategies for the corporate and functional levels using analysis of various matrices (BCG, GE, etc.). To select strategies at the level of tool use are key factors for success (KFS) in this industry. Choosing the best marketing strategies carried out by the example of wholesale trading company "Atlantikservis" acting in the market of meat delicacies.
