Abstract: The Chinese-Russian cooperation is the important part of strategic partnership of two countries. Especially the cooperation (hereinafter abbreviated form designated «W-W») between Northwest region of China and West Siberia has great value. Thanks to the rich natural resources, these extensive regions are world-known, play the important role in development of economy and society of two countries, possess good prospects of development. The parties have: 1) favorable conditions for the development of natural (power and mineral) resources, in particular, oil and gas, that has great value for the Chinese-Russian economic cooperation and stimulation of fast development of economies of two countries; 2) wide prospects of development of industry and trade; 3) perspectives of scientific and technical development; 4) wide perspectives for the development of tourism and opening of new Eurasian tourist routes. From the beginning of a new century the inter-regional partnership of China and Russia quickly develops and has the increasing value in trade and economic and scientific and technical cooperation of two countries. The important place in programs of economies development of two countries occupies the cooperation «W-W». Development of polybranch cooperation including mutually advantageous inter-regional communications is to the full equitable to interests of the people of China and Russia. As recommendations in the article it is offered: 1) to realize importance of the Chinese-Russian inter-regional cooperation «W-W»; 2) to create the practical, highly effective plan of cooperation; 3) to advance polyrouting and various practical cooperation; 4) to organize building of the Chinese-Russian direct highway through Daban Kanas.
