Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the new international structure, the aspect and the challenge of the economic and financial globalization and Southeast Asia crisis. The increasing globalization of commercial and financial markets has created a vast pool of resources for investment, economic growth and social advancement. At the same time, as in evident in the financial turmoil that took place in Southeast Asia in mid-1997. The crisis spread to the others countries of the world very fast. These crises can not be understood as a traditional monetary crisis but it has been much more drastic and complex than it could be at the first glance.
