Abstract: Mi trabajo se enfoca más desde el punto de vista histórico, relatando los hechos ocurridos allí. Agregando miradas y opiniones de personas que estuvieron en el frente y vivieron en carne propio esta guerra. Luego le daré un enfoque jurídico desde el Derecho Internacional Humanitario, para llegar a las conclusiones y ver cuales son las lecciones que nos dejo esta guerra.
