Abstract: The present work compares the systems of solution of controversies of the Central American System of Integration (Sistema de Integración Centroamericana/SICA), the Andean Community (Comunidad Andina de Naciones/CAN) and the MERCOSUR (Mercado Común del Sur), taking in consideration the historical antecedents, the legal instruments of the different processes of integration and its objectives; the legal nature, the organs and objectives of each system of solution of controversies; the competences that have the organs of solution of controversies (contentious and consultative procedures) and the type of decisions that they produce.
