Abstract: El presente trabajo pretende alcanzar un nivel clasificatorio y tienepor objeto principal analizar el preámbulo del Pacto de la Sociedad de Naciones y elpreámbulo de la Carta de San Francisco. Procurando respetar las normasmetodológicas, el marco teórico que guiará dicho análisis es aquel desarrollado por Alexander Wendt durante la década del noventa, que da cuenta de las relacionesexistentes entre la estructura y los agentes otorgando carácter constitutivo a las ideas–en relación con los agentes y con la estructura-, y tomando como hecho socialfundamental la naturaleza y estructura de la conciencia social.
