Abstract: Ce survol de la littérature jette un regard critique sur la façon dont les économètres ont estimé les externalités de la R-D et résume les principaux résultats qu'ils ont obtenus.

This paper presents a survey of the econometric approach to the evaluation of R-D spillovers. It takes a critical view of the way econometricians have gone about estimating those externalities and it summarizes the main findings.
