Abstract:
L'hypothese des attentes insatisfaites est frequemment avancee dans la litterature specialisee pour expliquer le demobilisation. Selon cette hypothese l'importance de la demobilisation serait directement liee: 1) a l'importance des attentes, 2) a la qualite des experiences de travail (plus celles-ci seraient eloignees des attentes des diplomes, plus la demobilisation serait importante). Dans cet article nous testons le pouvoir explicatif de modeles alternatifs ou les attentes et les experiences sont mesurees independamment.
