Abstract: Cette etude teste sur des echantillons d'employes d'entreprises marocaines, mauriciennes et tunisiennes un modele ameliorant sensiblement la comprehension des processus d'apprentissage en entreprise (Levy-Garboua, 1994). La formation sur le tas fait l'objet d'une analyse grace a une estimation du "learning by watching", identifie comme l'une des composantes essentielles de l'apprentissage informel.
