Abstract: Dette working-paper handler om de forskellige opfattelser, som findes af

innovationsprocessen i og omkring organisationer. Udgangspunktet er de

modeprægede statements om ”open source innovation”, ”open innovation

principles” og meget andet, som er oppe i tiden. Men kan det nu passe at

der vitterlig er tale om helt nye tanker om innovation? I artiklen vil vi

gennemgå en række centrale teoretiske kilder fra innovationsteoriens

historie for at vise at der sådan set ikke er noget nyt under solen – men

måske snarere en tilbagevenden til tidligere tiders opfattelse af innovation.
