Abstract:
Many companies and organizations introduce learning, knowledge and human resource management systems to improve their competitiveness and innovation potential. Often the corresponding information systems are insufficiently connected and integrated. A management of redundant data, manual work and media breaks follow. The core question arises: Which requirements for integrated systems are critical and most important? This question is answered based on literature, market analyses and expert interviews. Typical interfaces and the convergence of exemplary systems are analyzed and discussed.
