Abstract: European area of development involves specific structures, whereas here in the European Union, people are very different from all points of view, and especially culturally. As is well known information and knowledge are key resources in the electronic economy. The core technologies are advanced information and communications technologies (ICT) and the engine is the internet. Therefore it is said that the economy is an electronic network economy for all types of businesses built around the Internet. The Internet has a key role in providing information on availability of products and services and their prices throughout the economy.
