Abstract:
The information society requires a new set of rules, a new approach to the social and economic development which in the third millennium is marked by profound information technologies and communications (IT & C). Evolution of economy and humanity is the main engine of education and help of computer, the means used to support multimedia communication, learning, dissemination, testing and evaluation outlines and modern learning (e-learning). In these systems, IT & C notes of the new personal and organizational development based on creativity, construction and intelligence. The economy is transformed from a manufacturing economy to a knowledge of first connected people and ideas, with emphasis on intellectual capital, on science, knowledge, learning, dissemination and freedom seeking the creation and development of the lifelong and global education policies.
