Abstract:
distrate estimates direct adjusted rates and confidence intervals based on the gamma distribution as proposed by Fay and Feuer. This method produces valid confidence intervals even when the number of cases is very small. Optionally Dobson, Kuulasmaa, Eberle and Scherer confidence intervals are also displayed.
