DISTPLOT: Stata module to generate distribution function plot

Abstract: distplot produces a plot of cumulative distribution function(s). This shows the proportion (or if desired the frequency) of values less than or equal to each value. With the reverse option, distplot produces a plot of the complementary function. This is version 2.0.1 of the software and is rewritten for Stata 8. Also included in this package are distplot7 files, a clone of the last version of this program written for Stata 7.
