KDENS2: Stata module to estimate bivariate kernel density

Abstract: kdens2 generalizes the kdensity command to produce a bivariate kernel density estimate and a three-dimensional wireframe plot. The kernel density is generated by a Gaussian kernel. The user may optionally save a dataset containing the density values, as well as the graph. The graphics are provided by Adrian Mander's surface routine.
