wp.pl, a script converting ReDIF data to html

Abstract: This perl script enables to generate a nice display in html of working paper data stored in the ReDIF format. This allows to maintain only one set of data, the ReDIF data, instead of having to maintain also the html pages. The script needs a little configuration to suit one's needs, but it is fairly obvious. Michael Sandfort wrote the original, Christopher Baum made some revisions.
