Abstract:
There is a pressing need to understand how non-monetary rewards impacts employee perception of value and motivation within the work environment. The study looked into how employees of the Kogi State Board of Internal Revenue Services performed in relation to non-monetary incentives. 127 employees of Kogi state internal revenue services was used as the study population. The questionnaire was distributed in 127 copies to the staff members. Regression technique was applied in analyzing data collected for the study.
