Abstract: This paper investigates the digital transformation readiness of Multipurpose Cooperatives (MPCs) in Bukidnon, focusing on their digital infrastructure, literacy, and organizational culture. Through a thorough assessment, the study highlights disparities in digital resources among MPCs, including hardware, software, and internet connectivity variations. Additionally, it underscores the crucial role of digital literacy among members in shaping MPCs’ readiness for digital transformation, emphasizing the need for investment in education and training programs. Furthermore, the study identifies Organizational Culture as a critical determinant of MPCs’ readiness, particularly their openness to change and innovation. To address these findings, recommendations are provided to align with economic goals, such as improving infrastructure, promoting literacy, fostering innovation, and supporting collaborative policies. By prioritizing these actions, MPCs in Bukidnon can harness digital technologies to drive economic growth and enhance the well-being of their members and communities. This research contributes valuable insights for policymakers, stakeholders, and MPCs navigating the challenges and opportunities of the digital era.
