Abstract: Education Program Supervisors (EPS) play a crucial role in strengthening instructional leadership, ensuring curriculum implementation, and providing technical assistance that improves educational quality. This study examined the technical assistance delivery practices of Education Program Supervisors (EPS) within the Department of Education (DepEd) Cavite Cluster for School Year 2022–2023. Specifically, it described their personal and professional characteristics, determined their competence levels in delivering technical assistance as assessed by EPS and school heads, analyzed differences in assessments, identified issues and concerns, and developed an enhanced technical assistance program.
