Introduction to CPI Special Issue on ASEAN Competition Law

R. Ian McEwin

Antitrust Chronicle, 2015, vol. 12

Abstract: While there are many differences between the competition laws, increasing regional integration is likely to lead to greater uniformity and the development of institutional mechanisms to deal with cross-border competition disputes—but these developments are highly unlikely to lead to an ASEAN competition law regulator with supranational powers. R. Ian McEwin (University of Malaya)
