Estudio de la migración interregional en España, a través de la Ecuación Master

Abstract: En este trabajo modelizamos mediante la ecuación master los flujos migratorios entre los estados de un sistema formado por varias regiones. El modelo nos permite conocer cuál es la evolución temporal de la distribución de probabilidad de la población del sistema. Distinguiendo entre crecimiento natural, migración interior y exterior, desarrollamos la ecuación master para cada una de estas componentes. Establecemos las ecuaciones del estado medio y de la covarianza, así como la solución estacionaria. Estimamos con datos sobre migraciones entre Comunidades Autónomas de España para el periodo 1986-1995 los parámetros de la ecuación master mediante tres procedimientos diferentes: Mínimos Cuadrados Ordinarios, regresión log-normal y regresión de Poisson. In this paper, we modeling migration flows between the states of a system formed by different regions using the equation master. The model allows us to represent the temporal evolution of the probability distribution of the population. As we distinguish within natural growth, internal and external migration, we could figure the mean value equations, the covariance equations and the stationary solution. Finally, we have estimated the equation master parameters for migration between Spanish regions for the period 1986-1995 on three ways: ordinary least squares, log-normal regression and Poisson regression.
