It is a fragile resource, often irreplaceable, requiring careful treatment. Therefore, it can be considered as investments, generating capital gains quantitative and qualitative support to the quality of life of citizens. The different actors whether institutional, political, technical, associations or scientists working on the field of heritage are confronted with complex and new issues: the increased need for information, methods and reliable data networking, to expertise, developing of collective abilities for intervention.
