Abstract: The purpose of this scientific article is to outline the human’s desire and capability of working independently or as part of a team. Each way of working has its advantages and disadvantages. The question is: which one makes us happier? Depending on everyone’s character, the professional objective can be obtained through working independently or collaborating with other people.
