Abstract:
Customer Relationship Management has become a decisive factor for a successful business. For large companies it is a great challenge to promote a local mentality in all departments and at the level of all employees. A CRM program has several components and it can be implemented on several types of company-specific activities. A CRM module can include a number of sub-modules or features. The article discusses both the main issues faced by sales managers and the major CRM software available on the market. In the paper it is presented the 360BussinessSoft.
