Abstract: As long as courses exist, there will also be a way of applying the notions learned from them. They come in various forms, such as laboratories, workshops, and homework. There is a long discussion involving different strategies that a professor can use to boost the results of their students. The purpose of this paper is to outline, assess and present the best strategies to follow to maximize students’ growth while also taking into consideration the personal experiences of the above-mentioned authors.
