Abstract: This article examines the impact of online and physical environments on productivity within different team contexts. We analyze many aspects, such as team meetings, communication methods, and team management, evaluating their influence on collaboration efficiency. By identifying key elements, we offer a perspective on the factors that shape productivity in both digital and traditional environments, contributing to the understanding of the complexity of current-era collaboration.
