Abstract: The authors proposes in this column a brief overview of the concept of a fully designed software application that aims to implement the Corporate Governance Code at all levels of large company. Here they are stressing the importance and the details of the state of the art technology and concepts on how to Adopt, Implement and Evaluate the Corporate Governance Code in practice and what the benefit of challenges of this implementation might be.
