Abstract: Foreign direct investment (FDI), as a component of international financial flows, are a major factor in accelerating economic growth in Romania. This paper aims analyzing the impact of macroeconomic flows that are materialized through indicators at macroeconomic level on FDI and achieving a forecast regarding the future economical growth of Romania based on a high volume of FDI. The purpose of this study is to identify macroeconomic factors of influence on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to the national economy level.
