TEXMERGE: Stata module to merge many.tex files into one and then compile the final file to.pdf

texmerge combines many .tex files in order into a single .tex file with additional text included at the beginning and end of the merged file. The new merged .tex file is then compiled to .pdf
Requires: Stata version 12 and appendfile, tknz from SSC (q.v.)

Note: This module should be installed from within Stata by typing "ssc install texmerge". Windows users should not attempt to download these files with a web browser.
