Abstract:
We attempt to enlighten what, in the economic thought, deepens irreparably into the prisoner dilemma as it is posed about climate change and ressources crisis. The game "green light, red light" is taken as generic instance : a race where everybody is asked to slow down but the winner is nevertheless the first arrived. This gives the opportunity to explicit the positions, the consequences and the risks of the post-Kyoto negotiation. Our conclusion is based on the necessity to find funds to give a movement against the huge inerty of the system. This goes in the direction of the World Bank Annual Report 2009.
