Abstract: At first we shall distinguish original confidence and social confidence and we shall bound the field of the social confidence by using Georg Simmel's contribution. For Simmel the knowledge of the social phenomena is possible only from the moment the sociologist organizes the reality by means of systems of categories or models. Simmel considers that one can emit(utter) propositions which give us a knowledge of social timeless, verifiable, scientific although she refers to no definite spatiotemporal context. For Simmel the social life implies a shaping by the actors themselves of her(it) ' " social reality ". This shaping of this reality is not only the fact of the observer but also the actor. Simmel's work which we shall use here is that of the Secret and secret societies which we shall quote throughout this article. In second one time we shall try to bound what is the social confidence by clarifying what it is not in particular with regard to the classic paradigms in economics. In a third time we shall try to give elements for the construction of a railing(bars) of analysis of the social confidence through the definition of criteria allowing to lead(drive) to a typology of the relations of social confidence.
