Abstract: The apprentissage become an essential research topic in economy for some years. This interest follows from a discontent à match, without to found, the hypothesis of perfect rationality, which has structured for a long time the most common approach of individual economic behaviour. New research ways tend so to develop, ordered by the recognition of the necessity to have on the analytical plan of an appropriate concept of economic agent for a satisfactory treatment of this topic of study. The object of this contribution is to show that in the continuity of jobs of C.Menger on the origin of the social institutions, the constituting authors of the Austrian theoretical tradition, mobilize, in their explanation of the functioning of the market or economic dynamics, a particular theory of knowledgeor at least, as much as they cannot speak about a constituted theory, a particular comprehension of knowledge. This comprehension, by putting the emphasis on one hand, on the importance of the tacit nature of knowledge, and on the other hand, on differentiation between information and knowledge, allows to envisage on analytical plan a particular form of study which passes by social correlation.
